Refund/Cancellation Policies

If you are not fully satisfied with a product you purchase from The Executive Happiness Coach®, you may return the product within 30 days and request a full refund.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a workshop or teleclass run by us we will, within 30 days following your complaint to us, refund a pro-rata amount of the fee based on your assessment of value received (up to an including 100% refund for zero value).

In the case of Coaching Fees, only the amounts paid for current or future months will be refunded (see terms of Satisfaction Guarantee in your Coaching Agreement).
